Resort Policies:

• Our chalets are all non-smoking chalets. If you are renting one of our chalets and would like to smoke, you may do so outdoors on the balcony or patio.
• Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. (Chalet Château 5:00 pm)
• Check-out time is at noon.
• 1 small (20 lbs or less) domestic pet over 1 year of age is permitted in certain chalets.  Cats are unfortunately no longer permitted due to a significant amount of people who are allergic to cats.   Guests must notify us in advance if they plan on bringing a pet.  An extra charge will apply.  Pets are not permitted at the beach nor at the pool.
• A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your chalet.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Interac, certified checks and money orders.

Cancellation Policies for all chalets except the Chalet Château:

If you should cancel your reservation deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made:

• At least 21 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• 8 to 20 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 10% cancellation fee on the total of the chalet rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• 24 hours to 7 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost.
• During our high season periods (summer, Christmas holiday period, school break and long weekends): There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost if cancellations are made less than 21 days prior to reserved arrival date.

Chalet Château Cancellation Policies:

If you should cancel your reservation, deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made:

• At least 60 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental of the Chalet Château.
• 22 to 59 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• 21 days or less prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost.
