Rates are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST & PST taxes.
The GST (tax) is refundable to all non-residents of Canada .

Resort Policies:

Chalets #81, #83, #48, #49, #85, #86, #87, #88, 1130 A & B are all non-smoking chalets.
If you are renting one of these chalets and would like to smoke, you may do so outdoors on the balcony or patio.

Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. (Chalet Château 5:00 pm)

Check-out time is at noon.

Small pets are permitted in certain chalets. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan on bringing a pet.

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your chalet. We accept Visa, Master Card, Interac, certified checks and money orders.

 

Cancellation Policies:

If you should cancel your reservation deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made:

  • At least 21 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
  • 8 to 20 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 10% cancellation fee on the total of the chalet rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
  • 24 hours to 7 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-shows: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost.
  • During our high season periods (summer, Christmas holiday period, school break and long weekends): There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost if cancellations are made less than 21 days prior to reserved arrival date.
